What is Breeze?

Breeze is a new matchmaking tool that will help you make mutually-beneficial connections during your renting/leting journey.

With Breeze you can finally have an experience that puts your needs, goals and preferences first, allowing you to breeze through your renting/letting journey in a way that is meaningful to YOU.

Is Breeze available in my city?

Currently Breeze is available in Berlin and its suburbs. Our plan is to make Breeze available in other German cities soon. Stay tuned!

Can I use Breeze on my laptop or desktop computer?

As a home seeker, you can use Breeze as a mobile app only.

As a landlord, you can use Breeze on your phone and as a web application. Your work will be synced across all devices that you use.

Do you offer live chat support?

We definitely do! To contact one of our live chat experts, look for the live help icon in the bottom right corner of the page, just to the right of our phone number. Just click the button and one of our customer service specialists will assist you immediately.

How can I unsubscribe from one of your email lists?

There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list:Call Breeze and one of our Customer Support Specialists will process your request over the phone or email us at support@breeze4me.de and one of our Customer Support Specialists will unsubscribe you from our mailing list.

What exactly are cookies? Is it necessary to enable cookies in my browser?

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website sends to your browser and stores on your computer's hard drive. Each website may send its own cookies to your browser if your browser options allow it (most browsers are configured with cookies enabled). Cookies do not store any personal information and instead use anonymous unique identifiers to protect your privacy. When I try to subscribe, I get an error message saying there was an authorization problem. Where did something go wrong?

Please double check your credit card number and expiration date. Please also note that Breeze currently only accepts credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Feel free to contact us via our live chat and we will find a solution together.

No. Breeze does not currently accept checks or money orders.
